I bought this taking 3 things into consideration:1. boasting of a 70s sound; can be a good or bad thing depending on which aspect of 70s musics you like.2. 5 songs long; so it's probably prog rock3. it's on Relapse; who have always had some across the board artists but mostly in the death/grind or stoner rock campsWound up being a killer random purchase. A standout if unknown runner up in worthwhile Album-Of-The-Year contests. Vintage sounds but heavier and faster than vintage music. Instrumental, save for a section in the 3rd song. While only being 5 songs, they aren't too long and the album is sadly over too quickly. Hard to compare it, but fans of prog-, indie-, stoner-rock and some metalheads would find things they like in it.
