Description
The rare groove disc guide "RARE GROOVE A TO Z", the popular American local band, Sweet Maya rare self-production board has been transformed into a long-awaited CD!! (Original Release: 1977) This is one of the rare groove fans captivated by DJ Nate on Air from the local Jazz Radio station in Vermont. This is a rare self-creation board from Michigan 6-person rock group and Sweet Maya that recalls Louisiana's local band with the impression and sound of the jacket and the sound of a jacket that has been recreated to be CD first. The flute and elepi are cool [01], the crispy chopper base can be flipped [03] and [07], and the Cool Jazz Funk "Pepple Suite" is packed in a variety of listening areas. At that time, Narada Michael Wolden was joined in Jeff Beck's band.

I guess I dimly was aware of an alternative musical group called Sweet Maya back in the 70s and 80s, but I never actually attended any of their concerts, nor did I purchase their music. But then, I caught up with many a hit television series, usually a decade after they actually were an item.Sweet Maya, like Sweet Corn, produce a style of music that is impossible to classify; and that's a good thing. If we could classify or analyze love, it just wouldn't be any fun. As Wordsworth warned, "We murder to dissect." And he wasn't referring to biological dissection.Sweet Maya's music is sweet and mellow enough to meditate by, soft and melodious enough to read or work quietly with it in the background.Janice Lakers, who sang, played the flute, the drum, the piano and other instruments is still amazing as the musical director at Kalamazoo's Unity Church. As John Keats wrote, "A thing of beauty is a joy forever."
