I am a bi-lateral mastectomy, two-time breast cancer survivor, so I was intrigued by the neckline and sleeves of this gown for an annual formal gala my husband and I attend each January. I was excited to get this dress, but when I tried it on it was way too big. It is a gorgeous gown, but definitely runs on the large side for fit. It just awkwardly hangs on me. I tried to return for a refund, but shipping was ridiculous. The seller emailed me offering a $20 refund and I could keep the gown. I will be donating this beautiful gown to our local high school girls group for some sweet girl who might not be able to afford a beautiful gown for her Quinceañera or prom.The gown I received is a lovely gown, but: On line it looks like a panel gown. but turns out to be a lovely pleated gown, I do believe I received a very lovely gown but not as pictured in the listing. The PETTICOAT that arrived with the gown is a JOKE. I ordered a 18W gown that fits to perfection, this petticoat is way to small and does not make sense with this gown. Still it is a lovely gown for the price but a disappointment as to the photos shown.HelpfulI LOVE THIS DRESS. WE BOUGHT IT FOR MY NIECE PROM.... SO IT FITS AS EXPECTED AND IS TRUE TO SIZE.
